SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 
We ship within 1-3 business days of when you place your order. A small percentage of items require a longer ship-out time.
 
We ship via all major mail carriers, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS. Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice.
 
Upon delivery, you will be responsible for paying for all applicable duties and/or taxes for your order.
 
If packages are refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all duties/taxes, return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
 
Any orders placed online with an international shipping address will be processed within 24 hours

                •    We accept PayPal, Bank Transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, with support for Visa, Mastercard in the coming                       months.
                •    All packages are shipped via EMS.
                •    Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

Shipping: Leaves our warehouse in 1-3 business days.
 
Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is EMS. You should receive your products within 5-10 business days from the day you order them.
 
Expedited Shipping: We offer Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping for most items. Expedited shipping is not available for items being shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations.
 

Shipping Rate

We ship to worldwide and most orders are shipped FREE of charge with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions. Shipping charges applies to orders with required charges stated on each item's product page. And such orders will be shipped with a $30 USD shipping fee for the first 1 to 5 items and $10 for each additional item (items of FREE Shipping excluded), regardless of weight or dimensions.
 

Standard Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened or used. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise will be refunded.
